CATEGORY AND PROPERTY
[ ] Exact address, local body and survey details recorded
[ ] Category selected from actual residence arrangement
[ ] Homestay: owner/promoter and family reside on site
[ ] B&B: designated agent/operator resides on site
[ ] Legal ownership, lease or owner-NOC route documented
[ ] Residential use and occupancy position checked
[ ] 1–6 lettable rooms and no more than 12 beds
[ ] Cooperative-society or gated-complex NOC checked where applicable
[ ] Local trade, health, safety, fire, pollution and CRZ position checked
[ ] Incentive taluka checked separately from statewide registration

APPLICATION FILE
[ ] Current tourist-trade registration form obtained
[ ] Title deed, Form I and XIV or house-tax receipt prepared
[ ] B&B lease-and-licence or notarised owner NOC prepared where applicable
[ ] KYC prepared
[ ] Local licences and NOCs prepared where applicable
[ ] Food-business approval or written exemption decision prepared
[ ] Current ₹1,000 annual fee confirmed
[ ] Goa Online or permitted offline submission selected
[ ] Complete submission and payment record retained

OPERATIONS
[ ] Resident-host or resident-operator arrangement maintained
[ ] Guest rooms, locks, drinking water and emergency information ready
[ ] Digital payment, first aid, hygiene and waste segregation ready
[ ] Certificate and local permissions displayed or retained as required
[ ] Foreign-guest Form III reporting ready
[ ] Facility changes reported within 30 days where relevant
[ ] Renewal and reclassification dates diarised
[ ] One-room Gazette rule versus two-room webpage mismatch noted
