[ ] Exact address, khasra and local-body category recorded
[ ] Current Jamabandi and Tatima obtained
[ ] Applicant is recorded owner or written Tourism clarification obtained
[ ] Section 118 position checked where relevant
[ ] Existing/new building and sanctioned-use position checked
[ ] 1–6 guest rooms and no more than 12 beds
[ ] Room and bathroom dimensions measured
[ ] Toilet arrangement checked, including any rural exception
[ ] Silver, Gold or Diamond tariff category selected
[ ] Water and electricity tariff consequence understood

APPLICATION FILE
[ ] Current e-Services upload list confirmed
[ ] Prescribed application completed consistently
[ ] Co-sharer affidavit, NOC or Patwari report where applicable
[ ] Section 29 affidavit
[ ] Stamp-paper undertaking
[ ] Required property and room photographs
[ ] Guest register prepared for verification
[ ] Bill book or homestay pad prepared for verification
[ ] Applicable fee paid and receipt retained

INSPECTION AND OPERATIONS
[ ] Rooms, kitchen, purified water and waste systems ready
[ ] Basic fire equipment installed
[ ] CCTV installed in common areas
[ ] Online-payment facility ready
[ ] Certificate-display position ready
[ ] Local-body intimation addressed
[ ] Current FSSAI route checked for food activity
[ ] Foreign-guest Form III reporting account ready where required
[ ] Certificate validity confirmed from printed dates and in writing if possible
