01 · Where we begin
You do not need a finished home—or a property at all. Begin with your capital, land, building, running homestay or the idea you want to explore.
For people who want to create or acquire a homestay business but have not selected the property yet.
Property search · Property review · DevelopmentA property in its present condition that may be prepared, positioned and operated as a homestay.
Property review · Preparation · OpeningA plot that may be suitable for a purpose-built homestay, subject to local rules and a practical business plan.
Land review · Homestay plan · Business setupAn existing business seeking stronger systems, distribution, standards and management.
Business review · Better systems · Growth
Every plan starts with the property as it is—not with a standard template.
02 · How we work
A homestay needs more than rooms and an online listing. It needs permissions, accounts, trained people and a clear way of working every day.
We put all of this into one plan. Before you decide, you will know what work is needed, who will handle it, what it may cost and how the business will be run.
03 · What we manage
Every property is different. We bring the people and systems needed to prepare it, open it and manage it every day.

Guests see a comfortable stay. We handle the work behind it.
We study the site, access, ownership, local demand and whether a homestay can work there.
We explain what each side contributes, who manages what and how decisions and money will work.
Positioning, room programme, shared spaces, preparation priorities and launch scope.
Registrations, licences, documents, house rules and the systems needed before opening.
Brand presentation, rooms, pricing, direct bookings, Romancha and selected travel platforms.
Recruitment, training, daily operations, guest standards, reporting and improvement.
04 · How we work together
The property, the money required and the work of running the homestay are considered separately. That makes the proposed arrangement easier to understand and review.
HOW EVERY PARTNERSHIP IS BUILT
Only after these are understood do we propose the responsibilities, business terms and agreement for that homestay.
This is the cleanest route to the standard full-management partnership.
Owner-funded partnershipWe first check whether the property and business plan can support outside funding. Funding is never automatic.
Property with outside fundingWe define the location, property search, acquisition or development plan around a specific project.
Property search and developmentProperty rights, preparation money, operating responsibility, owner use and exit terms are agreed separately for every approved project.

A serious partnership makes control, reporting and exit clear before opening.
05 · Owner protection
The property remains yours. Rudraleela receives the authority needed for daily work, while major decisions, monthly reporting and the handback process remain clearly defined.
Property rights and owner-use rules written into the agreement
A clear line between daily management and owner approval
Monthly visibility into money, maintenance and open decisions
An exit and property-handback process agreed in advance
06 · From first form to opening
We move one step at a time. You can ask questions, review the plan and decide whether to continue before anything is signed.
Share whether you have capital, land, a property or a running homestay.
We either help define the property search or review the site, ownership, access, local rules and business potential.
Rooms, work required, expected costs, responsibilities and how the homestay will run.
What each side contributes, how money works, owner use and how decisions are made.
Property documents, agreements, tax, accounts and required registrations.
Business registration, property preparation, hiring, training, listings and opening.
Daily management, guest experience, financial controls and continuous improvement.
