Clear property rights
Where a property is involved, the owner must be able to provide the records and consent needed to use it. A property search must use the same standard before acquisition.

How it works
We begin with your present position, then find or review the property, prepare the plan, agree the terms and manage the work required to open and operate the homestay.
Short first enquiry · Decisions made one stage at a time · No commitment before signing
The complete process
The timing depends on the starting point, property, documents, approvals and work needed. We can estimate it only after these are understood.
Share your contact details, location and whether you have capital, land, a building, a running homestay or an early idea.
We review the basic information and decide who from our team should speak with you.
Explain what you want to build, the resources you have and the questions you need answered.
We explain the relevant route, answer early questions and identify the information needed next.
If you have a property, provide the relevant records, photographs and access. If you do not, confirm the location, budget and property brief.
We either help define the property search or study the site, ownership, access, utilities, local rules, destination and likely work required.
Review the proposed direction, how involved you want to be and what funding you can support.
We set out the property plan, required work, likely costs, operating approach and the proposed treatment of funding.
Review the proposed route, each contribution, important consent rights, property use and financial responsibilities.
We explain whether the structure is owner-funded, capital-assisted or another approved arrangement, including how capital is recovered and residual earnings are divided.
Take independent legal, tax and financial advice before signing.
We coordinate the agreements and registrations, including an LLP where it is the right fit.
Provide agreed access, approvals and contributions needed to complete the setup.
We manage preparation, hiring, training, pricing, listings, systems, testing and opening readiness.
Take part in the agreed owner decisions and review the reports provided.
We manage guests, people, pricing, bookings, standards, accounts, reporting and ongoing improvement.
Before we say yes
Where a property is involved, the owner must be able to provide the records and consent needed to use it. A property search must use the same standard before acquisition.
Access, utilities, local demand, safety, nearby experiences and the wider destination must support the plan.
The building or land must be capable of supporting guest rooms, services, staff work and required approvals.
The owner and Rudraleela must agree on use, investment, standards, decision-making and the long-term direction.
The enquiry, conversation, property work and proposal are steps toward a decision. They do not force you or Rudraleela to continue.
If the property or business plan does not fit the model, we should say so before either side makes a long-term commitment.
Once both sides agree to proceed, the final legal, tax and property documents must be reviewed and signed.
